Your time is valuable, your clinical skills are invaluable!
These Cardiopulmonary Seminars focus on symptoms and common dilemmas we all face. The information presented
will help you make safe decisions, many on-the-spot, as we progress our patient's programs.
These courses evolved from
an original course entitled Cardiopulmonary Safety in Home Health, a single day course in 1996 and based on many common questions
I was asked by co-workers. Ten course titles are now offered to provide depth into the world of cardiopulmonary
rehabilitation.
Courses' CEUs have historically been accepted in the following states for PT, OT, RN, or RT professionals:
AK, AL, AR, CA, CO, DE, FL, IA, ID, IN, IL, KS, KY, MD, MN, MS, MT, MO, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, TX, VA,
WA
Courses comply with APTA Guidelines for Evaluationg Continuing Education Programs
(ref: Supplement to December 2004 issue of PT Magazine or
www.apta.org/bulletin.). Courses reflect practices recommended for physical therapy rehabilitation, though, information may be helpful to
other disciplines.
Any course can be presented to you and your staff locally on request. Course content can be modified based
on your patient caseload and staff needs. Due to much patient safety content, they are a great addition to your Quality
Improvement program.
